I have dealt with NG Turf on the phone and in person. From the office staff, the delivery drivers and Rusty at the field office they are all GREAT. The Turf they delivered was far better than any box store and one of their competitors. They all have been courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and delivered a first class product. Quality Product. Quality People. Zeon Zoysia is gorgeous. Thick and a beautiful shade of green. Ordering was easy and the delivery drivers are extremely kind and very professional. I was a bit apprehensive from ordering from a sod farm, I’ve never done it before and didn’t know what to expect. Overall the process was actually very easy, the price was very reasonable and the customer service I received as a homeowner buyer was incredible! High quality Zeon Zoysia with a thick firefly cut close to ATL. Lisa and Micaela were awesome to work with. The entire experience was seamless— from ordering & scheduling to the skilled delivery driver delivering 7 pallets. We’ve switched to NG Turf and won’t use anyone else! Ordering was easy, the price came in lower than the online estimate (and much less than Super Sod), and delivery was flawless. Even with a long, narrow driveway, NG Turf used their machine to place 12 pallets right where we needed them—something Super Sod refused to do. Karen was amazing—quick to respond, honored our original pricing when we needed extra, and had it ready for pickup within hours. NG Turf is by far the best turf Company in Georgia . Sales  HW is great not only sales but follow up - what to do if you have any problems , highly experienced with turf .The company has lots of great information on there site and in newsletters .
